Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years of age and over.
  2. If you have purchased any IAMS product and are not satisfied we will refund the purchase price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. Applications for refund requests must be made within 3 calendar months from date of purchase.
  4. To make an application and obtain your refund, go to Iams.co.uk All applicants will be required to provide the following information on the website: name, email address, date of product purchase (from till receipt), purchase value (from till receipt), barcode number from the bag and bank account details.
  5. Qualifying applicants will asked to send proof of purchase to Attention: Sarah Morrow, Spectrum Brands, Fir Street, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0HS.  Applicants are required enclose the original dated till receipt. The line item must appear on the till receipt. If no line item for a(n) IAMS product appears on the applicants’ till receipt, or the applicant does not have a till receipt, the applicant must cut out the barcode from the bag and send as the proof of purchase.
  6. Till receipts will not be returned. Photocopied, illegible or defaced receipts will not be accepted.
  7. Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms and /or their contents.
  8. The Promoter will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of 1 IAMS bag purchased, as evidenced by the original till receipt provided or the proof of purchased referred to in clause 5 above, by transferring the amount to the bank account details provided.
  9. Please allow 28 days for refund of purchase price The Promoter will provide refunds within 28 days of receiving original till receipt or the barcode from the bag.
  10. Spectrum Brands reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
